Shipping Origin

All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment facilities via reputable courier services including DHL, FedEx, UPS and other reliable domestic and international partners.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

· Free Shipping on all orders over $199.

· Flat Rate Express Shipping: $9.95 on orders below $199.

· Shipping rates apply to all House of Chenille products.

International Shipping Rates

· United Kingdom: £22.50 GBP

· Canada: $9.95 USD

· Europe: $22.50 GBP (shipping price will convert to your local currency at checkout)

· International: £29.95 GBP (shipping price will convert to your local currency at checkout)

· Rest of World: Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on destination

Order Processing & Dispatch

· Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

· Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking & Delivery

· Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

· Customers can also track their order at any time using the “Track Your Order” link available on the store site.

· Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

· All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are fully covered by House of Chenille.

· You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
