How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Return Shipping

·         Returned items must be shipped back at the customer’s expense

·         Items must include original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase

·         All products must be returned in the condition in which they were received to ensure a smooth resolution

Order Cancellation Requests

·         Order cancellation requests may be accepted at any time before the order has been processed.

·         Once an order has been processed or marked as shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and our exchange policy will apply.

·         Items being out of stock

Voucher Usage

·         Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
